✧ Deposits & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your service and are non-refundable in all cases. A valid card must be on file to book. No card on file = no appointment. ⸻ ✧ Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% fee. A new deposit is required to book a future appointment. ⸻ ✧ Late Arrivals Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals up to 15 minutes late may be accommodated with adjusted services (designs may be removed). Arrivals 15 minutes or more late will be canceled and must be rescheduled. ⸻ ✧ No-Shows Failure to arrive without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service and removal from future bookings. No exceptions. ✧ Guests To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, no extra guests or children are permitted. Seating is reserved for clients only. ✧ Appointment Length Services may vary in duration depending on the selected service and design. Please schedule accordingly. ✧ Nail Prep & Removals Please arrive with bare nails. Regular nail polish is acceptable. Removal of gel, acrylic, or hard gel must be booked as an add-on.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
All deposits & service fees are NON-REFUNDABLE upon cancelling or rescheduling. A new deposit is required when cancelling or rescheduling.
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hrs of your scheduled appointment.
NO CALLS NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED full price & BANNED from booking.
No children or extra guests allowed unless getting serviced. Thank you for your understanding and respecting our policy.
